Online Registration
< Please read the following carefully >
- This Annual Meeting will be held in a partially hybrid format, consisting of onsite sessions, live streaming sessions and on-demand streaming after the meeting.
- Registration will be accepted online only.
- Payment must be made by credit card in a single transaction. Registration by bank transfer will not be accepted.
- During the onsite meeting period, from Thursday, May 21 to Saturday, May 23, registration in cash will not be accepted at the onsite registration desk.
- Please note that computers for online registration will not be provided at the onsite registration desk.
- Honorary Members are not required to register. Separate information will be provided for them.
- Refunds for other invited guests of the society will be processed later.

After completing online registration, your QR code will be available on “My Page” in the registration system. When attending the meeting, please print the QR code or save it as a screenshot on your smartphone and bring it with you. Please present it at the registration desk upon arrival.

How to Register
1. Create a New Account
Please register your email address and name via Create Account.
The name used for registration will be printed on your name badge for the meeting. You may also register your name in alphabet characters.
If you do not receive the “Temporary Account Registration” email, please check your spam folder.
2. Complete Registration
Please access the URL provided in the “Temporary Account Registration” email, enter your affiliation and other required information, and complete your registration.
Your login password will be shown on the registration completion page and in the “Registration Completion” email. Please retain it until the end of the meeting.
3. Payment Method
Payment can only be made by credit card.

Program Book
The program book will not be sent in advance and will be distributed only at the onsite venue.
JSIR members will be informed in advance of how to access the abstracts prior to the meeting.

Please note that advance issuance and mailing will not be available.

How to Attend Onsite
Please save the QR code displayed on your “My Page” on your smartphone or print it out and bring it with you on the day of the meeting.
At the registration desk (Entrance Lobby, 2F, Kumamoto-Jo Hall), please scan your QR code at the QR code reader and receive your name badge.
Please always wear your name badge while inside the venue.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations after registration will not be accepted.
Please note that registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable for any reason.
